Our Youth Elite Team is comprised of athletes ages 12-15, and our Junior Elite Team includes athletes ages 16-19.

IconOne is a designated USA Triathlon High Performance team with a focus on draft-legal racing, the format used at the Olympic Games.

We support young athletes in their performance goals while also developing them as mentors--on and off the course--to the next generation.
